Rules
- The sponsor activates within 60 seconds of payment.
- Not refundable, but you can pause it (resumes within 90 days).
- Top of Search queues when the slot is full — we notify you when it opens.
- A listing can combine Boost + Top of Search.

Accepted methods
Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Auto-charged every month with 3D Secure verification.
Recurring charge on your bank account, with a €1 validation micro-charge refunded immediately.
For net-term invoices (Business and Enterprise). You receive the payment link by email.
Optional for bookings only: if the host enables it, the guest pays cash when keys/access are handed over.
Security verification
- Every method is verified before use: 3D Secure for cards, €1 micro-charge for IBAN (refunded).
- Card and IBAN data stay with the PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. On Wollakee we only store brand, last 4 digits and token.
- You can update or remove methods any time from your host profile.
Pricing FAQ
Do you take commissions on bookings or sales?+
No. We don't take any commission. The host takes home 100% of what they ask, Wollakee only earns from the monthly subscription.
What happens during the first 30 days?+
You can publish, receive bookings and sell without paying anything. At the end of the trial the chosen plan kicks in; if you don't confirm, your listings are suspended (not deleted) and you can reactivate anytime.
How do you count listings? Is an office and a conference room counted as two?+
Yes. Each listing = one spot on the marketplace, regardless of type (office, hourly room, long-term rental, sale). If you publish an office and a conference room, that's 2 listings.
What if I exceed my plan's listing limit?+
We ask you to upgrade before publishing another. No existing listing is deactivated: you pay the new price only from the next month.
Can I change or cancel the plan?+
Yes, anytime. Downgrade takes effect on next renewal; cancellation keeps your listings paused until the end of the paid month.
How do I pay the subscription?+
Card (Stripe), SEPA IBAN or bank transfer. You enter the method directly on Wollakee with our own UI and it's verified before the first charge.
